Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Material (BOMs), work instructions, and build documentation.
Create manufacturing concepts, tooling strategies, and production plans to support business objectives.
Prepare build analyses and cost estimates.
Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, technologies, and data to meet manufacturing requirements.
Develop tooling requirements and manage tooling throughout its lifecycle.
Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing and production issues.
Perform producibility assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop work statements, production sequences, scheduling templates, and process documentation.
Create and maintain manufacturing standards, procedures, and best practices.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
6+ years of related manufacturing, production, or planning experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, tooling, and production processes.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with manufacturing planning systems such as PDM, CAPP, or similar tools.
Experience supporting tooling development and manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
