**Plan the Path to Aircraft Readiness - Manufacturing Planner Opportunity** **Location:** SeaTac, WA **Schedule:** Monday-Friday | 1st Shift (Flexible start between 5:00 AM-9:00 AM) **Pay:** Starting at $39.17/hour **Type:** Full-Time | 6-Month Consultant **Drive Precision, Performance, and On-Time Delivery** PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a **Manufacturing Planner** supporting a high-performing Spares Distribution Center and Repair Station. In this critical role, you will help define how aircraft components are repaired, built, and delivered-ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way. If you thrive on solving complex planning challenges and coordinating across teams to keep operations running smoothly, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in aerospace. **What You'll Do** As a Manufacturing Planner, you will: + Develop and maintain **manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and build illustrations** + Define and document **as-built configurations** for repair and manufacturing processes + Collaborate with **Manufacturing, Quality, AOG (Aircraft on Ground), Tooling, and Suppliers** to create efficient repair plans + Review and interpret **supplier data** to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements + Support integration of **materials, processes, technologies, and suppliers** to meet delivery timelines + Analyze and interpret **787 LWG and IVT models** for part identification and build needs + Work with **2D engineering drawings** to identify components and requirements + Coordinate with **supplier management, logistics, and procurement teams** to ensure part availability + Contribute to **continuous improvement efforts** within planning and repair processes + Participate in **on-call rotations and overtime support** as needed to maintain repair station operations **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in **Manufacturing Engineering planning, repairs, modifications, or related fields** + Strong understanding of **manufacturing processes and planning documentation** + Willingness to participate in **on-call rotation and flexible scheduling** + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
