    Your Mission

    • Translate demand into precise production schedules that maximize capacity and meet customer commitments.
    • Lead and elevate a team of planners and production personnel; create an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
    • Drive lean improvements that streamline processes, reduce waste, and shorten lead times.
    • Harness ERP data to manage inventory positions, monitor WIP, and execute schedule changes quickly.
    • Collaborate across operations, purchasing, engineering, and quality to eliminate constraints.
    • Continuously review KPIs and adjust plans to ensure operational targets are met.
    • Coach, train, and mentor team members to expand skills and accelerate careers.

    What Sets You Up for Success

    • Planning experience in manufacturing; background in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
    • Proven leadership that develops people and lifts team performance.
    • Applied knowledge of lean manufacturing, with measurable results.
    • Scheduling mastery and an aptitude for optimizing complex workflows.
    • Proficiency with ERP platforms; specific system experience is welcomed.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; decisions grounded in data.
    • Excellent communication skills across all levels and functions.
