- Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Test/diagnose equipment issues and align fixes with mechanics and supervisors.
- Compliance: Use your NEC expertise to ensure adherence to plant safety protocols.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Experience with complex manufacturing environments preferred.
- Control Panels: Build/install 24–480V panels from electrical prints.
- Automation & Networks: Work with digital/analog I/O and industrial networking; Ethernet and fiber are a plus.
- Advanced Motion: Maintain and troubleshoot servos, servo amps, and controllers.
- Facility-Wide Reliability: Proactively resolve electrical issues across buildings and grounds.
- Conduit & Conductors: Bend/install various conduit types; correctly size wire/conduit and perform terminations based on distance and FLA.
- Power Systems: Confident with 24V–480V; perform install/maintenance/repair on low- and high-voltage systems.
- Documentation: Read/interpret electrical schematics; source parts via manuals and prints.
- Communication: Deliver clear written and verbal instructions.
- Team & Vendors: Build trust with maintenance peers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Flexibility: Other duties as assigned.
Food Safety Responsibilities
- Ensure product is free from contamination.
- Follow all Ken’s Foods Security and GMP policies.
- Report suspicious activity in and around the plant.
- Continuously inspect work areas for potential contamination.

- Language: Read/interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports/correspondence; present effectively to groups of employees or customers.
- Math: Perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent; draw/interpret bar graphs.
