Join a company at the forefront of roofing technology, producing durable, sustainable rubberized asphalt shingles. We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer/Manager to lead plant improvements, optimize processes, and support high-performing operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead capital and operational improvement projects from design through execution
• Develop cost estimates and build business cases for plant investments
• Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure performance and reliability
• Partner with production leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and operating standards
• Support automation and facility improvements to increase efficiency
• Promote and enforce a strong safety and environmental culture

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
• Experience with cost estimation and capital project planning
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance and facility automation
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience in building materials or roofing products
• background working in older or legacy manufacturing facilities
• Hands-on experience with plant upgrades and modernization efforts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
