Manufacturing Probe Test Engineer

onsemi, based in Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill, New York, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated electrical Test Probe Engineer, responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting wafer-level electrical test and probe operations to ensure high-quality data collection for yield analysis, product characterization, and production test. This role works closely with product engineering, device characterization, process integration, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust test hardware, accurate probing performance, and high-throughput wafer test execution.

• Experience in Semiconductor Parametric & Functional Test and Characterization
• Experience in manufacturing metrics and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment

Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $114,000 to $193,700 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members. • Qualify new tools to expand production capacity and enhance testing abilities
