Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client to hire an entry-level Manufacturing Process Engineer for a direct hire, onsite role. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer interested in hands-on work with automated and robotic manufacturing technologies.

This role supports advanced glass manufacturing operations and blends process engineering, equipment operation, and quality-driven execution. The engineer will work closely with production and quality teams to support daily operations, improve processes, and ensure customer orders are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage process parameters for automated and robotic manufacturing equipment
  • Support and execute daily work orders to meet production and customer requirements
  • Operate and support manufacturing equipment with a hands-on, shop-floor presence
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives aligned with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
  • Support product documentation, corrective actions, and preventative actions
  • Participate in preparatory and operational processes related to glass melting, forming, and analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to maintain stable and efficient operations
  • Monitor process performance and assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates with internship experience up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Associate’s degree in robotics, electrical, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology preferred
  • Interest in automated manufacturing, robotics, or advanced production technologies
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes and procedures
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles is a plus
