Job TitleSuccessful Global Manufacturer in a Niche Growing IndustryJob DescriptionAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations. Evaluate production equipment and recommend upgrades or maintenance as needed. Monitor production metrics and address areas requiring optimization. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all processes. Provide technical support and training to production teams. Working knowledge of CNC programming skills using the MasterCAM. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Microsoft Office required. In-depth knowledge of Hass CNC milling, Lathes, manufacturing processes, and practices. Must be a hands-on person. Ability to work under pressure in challenging projects. Knowledge of sheet metal component designs and fabrication preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $70000 to $85000 USD annually.
