Base Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 per year

Travel Note: The Winder, GA Process Engineer II role requires travel during the first 6 months. The site is starting a new blowing wool manufacturing line in 2027, and this engineer will travel to other plants that already run that line. Travel ends once the line is up and running.

Position Summary
The Process Engineer plays a critical leadership role in the expansion of a growing manufacturing facility, serving as the primary technical and operational liaison between project teams and plant operations during the introduction of a new major production asset, then transitioning into full process ownership once operational. The role offers deep involvement in capital expansion, equipment startup, and long-term operational excellence, while developing broad plant expertise across existing assets.

From construction through steady-state operation, the Process Engineer ensures processes are built correctly, operated efficiently, and continuously optimized to meet performance, quality, safety, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
  
• 3 years of industrial continuous process manufacturing (process engineering) experience, plus hands-on troubleshooting experience
  
• Experience with process control architecture and tuning
  
• Six Sigma or structured problem-solving methodology experience
  
• Background supporting equipment startups or major capital projects
