This role will lead structured improvement initiatives using a DMAIC‑based Lean Six Sigma approach, ensuring decisions are data‑driven and outcomes produce sustained, quantifiable business impact. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver with a strong manufacturing background and a proven record of delivering measurable operational results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute QCD improvement initiatives using DMAIC methodology.Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify root causes and performance gaps.Develop and implement process improvements that reduce waste, improve cycle time, increase yield, and lower cost.Partner cross‑functionally with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to align on improvement priorities.Establish and track KPIs to validate impact and sustain performance gains.Coach and train team members on Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement principles.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience with strong exposure to process improvement initiatives.Proven experience driving measurable business impact using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.Strong analytical capability including statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI development.Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced production environment.Track record of quantified results (cost savings, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, OTD improvement, etc.).Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.Familiarity with aerospace QMS environments (AS9100 preferred).Experience working within KPI‑driven operational performance systems.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a hands‑on, execution‑focused engineer — a true 'doer' — who thrives in a performance‑driven environment.
