Where and when
- Location: Auburn Hills, MI
- Night shift options (12 hours):
- Sun, Mon, Tue + rotating Wednesdays
- Thu, Fri, Sat + rotating Wednesdays
Your impact
- Operate and continuously observe production machinery for optimal performance
- Perform scheduled quality checks to maintain rigorous standards
- Apply safety protocols and keep a clean, organized area
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and carry out minor corrective actions
- Coordinate with teammates to achieve production objectives and timelines
- Capture production data accurately; flag discrepancies to supervisors
- Participate in training to broaden skills and knowledge
What it takes
- High school diploma/GED; technical credential a plus
- Manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Team-first communicator
- Open to night work and flexible scheduling
- Comfortable with basic computer-based data entry and reporting
