Manufacturing Process Operator — Blending & Packaging

Location: Frankfort, IL (On-site)

Compensation: $18/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift — Mon–Wed: 1:30 pm–11:30 pm, Thu: 1:00 pm–11:00 pm

A day on the floor

When your shift begins, you’ll step into a clean, organized production environment where precision and safety rule the day. You’ll move between grinders and sifters, manage batches and kettles, and use a forklift to transfer materials and stage finished goods for the warehouse. You’ll wrap pallets, label and package product, and jump in with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment so the line stays on pace. Throughout your shift, you’ll keep work areas tidy and compliant with safety protocols.

What you’ll handle

• Operate manufacturing equipment (grinders, sifters) and safely drive forklifts.
• Package, label, shrink-wrap, and move finished product to the warehouse.
• Assist with batch handling, kettles, and material transfers using appropriate tools.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the production floor.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of production operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Clear communication skills; able to read and speak English.
• Comfort with basic math and prior forklift experience.
