Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $17–$19 hourly
Schedule Options: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

What your day looks like

You arrive, gear up with proper PPE, and review the day’s work instructions. You set up production equipment to spec, load raw material, and bring the line up to steady pace. As parts come off the machine, you verify measurements and appearance, making small adjustments to keep quality tight. You keep accurate production notes, tidy your area, and flag any mechanical concerns to your supervisor so the team can stay on schedule and hit quality goals.

Impact you’ll make

• Run and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently according to documented procedures.
• Stage materials, load inputs, and remove finished goods with care.
• Check components for accuracy and finish during and after runs; hold tolerances per instructions.
• Perform minor machine tweaks and basic preventive cleaning to sustain throughput.
• Record production counts and required documentation accurately.
• Keep the cell and surrounding workspace clean and organized.
• Follow all safety rules and consistently wear required PPE.
• Communicate equipment issues or defects promptly to supervision.

What you bring

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing floor experience (preferred).
• Ability to read work instructions, interpret measurements, and understand basic blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude with practical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, on-time, and collaborative in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
