Description
Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a Process Technician to support hands-on operations in a fully onsite, direct hire role. This position will support a high-tech production environment involving specialized materials processing, quality assurance, process improvement, equipment operation, and robotic manufacturing technologies.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Candidates must have flexibility to work other shifts and occasional weekends as needed to support production deadlines.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations in an advanced manufacturing environment
Operate, monitor, and assist with manufacturing equipment and robotic production technologies
Assist with critical preparatory and operational processes, including material processing, forming, analysis, and related production activities
Support quality assurance processes and help ensure products meet internal quality standards
Follow established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures related to process improvement, product documentation, corrective action, and preventative action
Document production activity, process data, quality findings, and operational updates as required
Assist with troubleshooting equipment, process, or product-related issues in collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams
Take a hands-on approach to supporting equipment operation, process consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company safety procedures
Qualifications
Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
Up to 5 years of manufacturing, robotics, or related technical experience
Experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Ability to follow technical procedures, document work accurately, and support quality processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work alternate shifts and occasional weekends as needed
