Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Production Assembly Workers. In this role, you will set up and operate equipment to fabricate metal building parts and assemble metal roll-up doors. This is a hands-on position in a team-oriented, cross-training environment where safety, quality, and productivity are top priorities.

This is an entry-level position with full training provided and opportunities for growth. We are looking for team players who take pride in their work, embrace learning new skills, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in the production process on the assembly line

• Assemble metal roll-up door components as part of a team

• Measure materials accurately, working with tight tolerances

• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately

• Load and unload items from machines and carts; band finished products

• Build wood pallets and packaging for finished products

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Manufacturing experience (2+ years preferred but not required)

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch accurately

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a diverse team

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions

• Proficient in reading and writing English

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

• Day shift

• Occasional overtime required
