Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to pour liquid polyurethane materials into molds
- Measure and add pigments according to production specifications
- Demold cured products safely and efficiently
- Set up and arrange molds on production tables and in ovens
- Follow production schedules, SKUs, and color guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic math skills
- Basic handâtool knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and understand SKUs, colors, and production schedules
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
- Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and proper attire)
