Shift Options | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM | 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Manufacturing Production Associate Requirements:

• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Manufacturing Production Associate Job Duties:

• Assemble, crimp, press, and install product components.
• Operate assembly and production equipment, including presses, grinders, and stamping machines.
• Inspect, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Rotate between workstations to support production demands.
• Follow standard operating procedures, 5S practices, and safety guidelines.
• Help maintain production quality, efficiency, and on-time manufacturing goals.
