Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities • Manufacture, pack and inspect products. • Operate various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures. • Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings.

First shift: $18/hour to start REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM - Current employees can receive a bonus of $1,000 when they refer a candidate that is hired and employed for 90 days

Qualifications Requirements: • Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English. • Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required). • Visual acuity • Basic math skills • Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred. • Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required). • High school diploma or GED preferred • Must be a: • Citizen of the United States, or • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
