Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Bellevue, Ohio
Assignment: Approximately 90 days
Part-Time Options: 8:00 AM–Noon or Noon–4:00 PM

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates in Bellevue for a hands-on production opportunity. We're looking for experienced manufacturing candidates who are dependable, quality-focused, and comfortable learning and working across different production tasks.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and finish manufactured components
• Package and prepare completed products
• Perform light product decorating and finishing
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Rotate between production tasks based on daily needs
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You'll Need

• 2–3 years of previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Proven record of dependable attendance
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and established processes
• Willingness to cross-train and work in different production areas
• Ability to stay active throughout the shift
• Comfort working in a hands-on industrial environment
