Manufacturing Production Associate – Medina, OH

Step onto a production floor where your reliability and attention to detail keep the line moving. No experience? No problem. You’ll receive paid, hands-on training from day one while contributing to a growing Medina-area manufacturer.

A day in the role

You arrive, gear up, and rotate through workstations as production needs change. You help keep lines running smoothly, watch for quality issues, and pitch in wherever needed—whether that’s clearing a minor machine jam, packaging finished goods, or maintaining a tidy, safe workspace.

Core responsibilities

• Support continuous production flow on the manufacturing line
• Inspect parts and products to meet quality standards
• Package and stage finished items for next steps
• Assist with basic machine operation and clear small jams
• Rotate among multiple stations based on demand
• Keep your area organized and follow safety practices

Where you may also help

• Move materials by hand or with equipment (including forklift)
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities

Schedule and pay

• Full-time roles with multiple shifts available
• Overtime opportunities based on production needs
• Starting pay: $15–$17 per hour + weekly attendance bonus
