Pay: $16 - $20 /hour based on experience and position
Location: Norwalk, Ohio

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates for hands-on opportunities in Norwalk.

You'll help keep production moving by handling materials, operating basic manufacturing equipment, assembling components, and preparing finished products for shipment.

If you're dependable, comfortable with physical work, and interested in building your manufacturing experience, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, and move manufacturing materials
• Assist with operating production machinery
• Assemble and glue components according to work instructions
• Measure materials and check finished products for quality
• Wrap, package, and prepare completed products for shipment
• Help keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Dependable attendance and strong work habits
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Ability to work in a dusty industrial setting

Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience is preferred, but not required for every opening.
