Partner with a leading manufacturer in Fort Worth, TX as a contract Production Planner embedded on-site with a high-energy team focused on throughput, accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll orchestrate material flow, keep work-in-progress moving, and ensure kits and paperwork are flawless before builds begin.
Morning: Start by reviewing work-in-progress (WIP) health—aging orders, shortages, and upcoming releases. Coordinate with production and materials teams to align priorities and solve constraints.
Midday: Validate production paperwork for completeness and accuracy before kit assembly. Monitor order progress, update schedules, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Afternoon: Rebalance production orders to smooth capacity, reconcile inventory variances, and capture process improvement ideas to elevate on-time execution.
Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
