Join our Fairfield, NJ team as a hands-on Manufacturing Production Leader and turn great plans into great products—safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Your Impact

• Deliver daily output targets while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards.
• Create, balance, and adapt production schedules to meet changing customer demand.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing production team.
• Partner with QA to enforce quality systems and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement to align materials, inventory, and shipments.
• Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices for sustained gains.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor performance across laminators, coaters, slitters, and sheeters.
• Adjust sequencing and staffing to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Standardize work with MI and SOPs; reinforce GMP and safety requirements.
• Mentor team members, build bench strength, and foster a positive, productive culture.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field—or commensurate manufacturing leadership experience.
• Track record as a Production Manager (or equivalent) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of production processes and quality control practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability; fluent written and verbal communication, with Spanish language capability.
• Proficiency with data analysis and production management software.
• Calm under pressure; agile in a fast-paced, shifting-priority setting.
