Manufacturing Production Line Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electronics, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Line Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting assembly line teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Production Line Supervisor

Location: Havana, FL
Pay: $19.00 Per hour 

What's the Job?

• Supervise daily assembly line activities and ensure production schedules are met efficiently
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment
• Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes
• Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety compliance
• Apply lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in production processes

What's Needed?

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of assembly line processes and equipment operation
• Forklift or warehouse equipment operation certification is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
