- 1st Shift: $20.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $22.00/hour
Maintenance Technician
- 2nd Shift: $26.00-$30.00/hour, based on experience
- 3rd Shift: $28.00-$32.00/hour, based on experience
Shipping / Material Handler
- 1st Shift: $19.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience
Manufacturing Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities vary by position and may include:
- Operating manufacturing and production equipment
- Packaging and inspecting finished products
- Performing quality checks throughout the production process
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Operating forklifts and material handling equipment (where applicable)
- Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
- Assisting with setup, troubleshooting, or maintenance duties depending on role
Requirements for Manufacturing Positions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions
- Mechanical aptitude preferred for operator and maintenance roles
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shift
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
