Manufacturing Machine Operators – Weekend Night Shift

Want a 3-day work week and still earn a full-time paycheck? Crane Currency is hiring Machine Operators for our Weekend Night Shift in Nashua, NH. We manufacture the advanced security features used in U.S. currency and banknotes around the world. There's a good chance you've handled our product without even knowing it. Work just 36 hours, get paid for 40, and earn a 20% shift differential on top of base pay. No experience required. We provide paid training from day one and a clear path to a permanent career.

Pay & Schedule:

Weekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Friday, Saturday & Sunday $19.00/hr + 20% shift differential ($22.80/hr) 36 hours worked, paid for 40

Training Shift:

This role requires at least 3 months of training during the week day. We can be flexible on shift, days, and time to accommodate your schedule.

What you'll do:

• Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
• Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Check materials and finished product to keep standards high
• Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals
• Learn specialized processes used in high-security production

What we're looking for:

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined (even from hobbies or previous jobs)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to pass a government background investigation (Position of Public Trust Clearance)

How the hiring process works:

• You'll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
• Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you'll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
