Manufacturing Production Supervisor | $33-$37/hr. | Monday-Friday Days

Auto-Chlor System is expanding our Memphis manufacturing facility, and we're adding a second Production Supervisor to support our continued growth.
As we've added more assemblers, material handlers, and shipping personnel, we've outgrown a single-supervisor model. This position was created to support our growing team while improving leadership coverage and work-life balance.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Approximately 45 hours per week
Pay
$33-$37/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Lead
- 10-20 production employees
- Equipment Assemblers
- Material Handlers
- Shipping & Receiving
Responsibilities
- Lead the team building commercial dishwashers and chemical dispensing equipment
- Coach and develop employees
- Promote safety, quality, and efficiency
- Identify process improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, and Shipping
- Help create a respectful, team-oriented culture
