This is a hands-on leadership position that plays a critical role in maintaining smooth operations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting overall plant performance.

As a key member of the operations team, you'll lead daily production activities, coach employees, address operational challenges in real time, and ensure the plant meets customer requirements while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems on the production floor, and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

    • Lead and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives while maintaining strong employee engagement.
    • Ensure adequate staffing, labor utilization, and work assignments are in place to meet daily production schedules and customer requirements.
    • Drive a culture of safety by enforcing health, environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards while proactively identifying and addressing risks.
    • Monitor key manufacturing metrics such as production output, scrap, labor efficiency, downtime, and attendance, taking corrective action when necessary.
    • Investigate production issues, material variances, and process inefficiencies, implementing improvements that reduce waste and improve performance.
    • Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability, resolve operational challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    What We Look For

    Required

    • Demonstrated ability to lead frontline employees, manage performance, and drive accountability in a fast-paced operation.
    • Ability and willingness to work night shift, overtime, and other shifts as needed to support business requirements.

    Preferred
