Duration- 2-month contract to start with Location- Tempe, AZ, 85282
Schedule- 4:00 am- 12:30 pm (Monday through Friday)
Open for OT
Pay Rate- $40/ hr.
Summary
Shift 1: Hours 4 am - 12:30 pm Monday through Friday. Must be open to Saturday work and overtime.
The interview will be on -site with the manager and team.
Requirements
HS Diploma or GED equivalent. Degree preferred.
Strong preference for Dairy experience
Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience in a food production environment. Food manufacturing experience is a must-have.
One (1) or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong leadership background ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce.
Ability to manage and develop associates.
Strong skills. Working knowledge of MS applications, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to grasp additional business-related applications.
Ability to lift to 60 LBS
