Manufacturing Production Team Lead — Food Processing

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Production Team Lead to partner closely with the Line Supervisor and coordinate the efforts of production workers on our food packaging line. Your focus: efficient output, spotless sanitation, and reliable quality.

• People Leadership: Train, coach, and reinforce company standards to build a high-performing team.
• Throughput & Scheduling: Execute the production plan to meet deadlines and achieve daily goals.
• Equipment Mastery: Set up, operate, and tend to food packaging machinery; handle rework when malfunctions occur.
• Sanitation Excellence: Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to meet hygiene requirements.
• Material Accuracy: Maintain inventory management software for real-time, accurate material tracking.
• Quality Records: Capture production data during quality checks to verify compliance.
• Operational Insight: Observe processes, enter data, and manage databases to inform decisions.
• Compliance First: Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards at every step.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills
• Professionalism and a genuine enthusiasm for leadership
• Background in food service or manufacturing is a plus
