• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain /Operations Management/Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Related field.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Internship in manufacturing preferred

• Strong Excel skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work with executives

• Follow-through and accountability

• Ability to turn data into recommendations

• Production scheduling
• Inventory management
• Manufacturing KPIs
• OEE
• Scrap and yield
• Throughput
• Capacity planning

• Prioritize Health and Safety by following all safe work practices and policies.

Capital Spend Management

• Maintain CapEx tracker
• Track project budgets vs. actuals
• Manage PO and invoice status
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
• Prepare monthly CapEx reports for leadership

Production Performance Tracking

• Review and trend daily production reporting
• KPI dashboards
• OEE, utilization, scrap, labor efficiency tracking
• Root-cause data collection for missed targets
• Trend analysis and reporting

Planning Support

• Collaboration with production planners
• Track schedule adherence
• Monitor inventory and capacity constraints
• Support S&OP and demand planning processes

Executive Support

• Prepare reports for GM and Manufacturing VP
• Create PowerPoint updates
• Gather data for monthly business reviews
• Follow up on action items across departments
