Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient usage of programmed materials.
Provide basic support to efficiently build quality products and meet market demands.
Study and recommend techniques to improve existing CAM and internal software products.
Analyze and determine the most effective material size for production and recommends alternative materials to engineering when appropriate.
Select and recommend tooling purchases for new equipment in conjunction with engineering and assists to coordinate the purchase of tooling with the tooling department.
Create and adjust CAD files and collaborates with engineering regarding design enhancements for cost improvements.
Troubleshoots basic machine programming issues.
Assist in product development and cost reduction.
Participate in special project teams, working outside the scope of normal process to facilitate an accelerated schedule
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
0 to 2 years of Experience

The typical hourly base salary for this position ranges from $23.66 to $36.59 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
