Manufacturing Programs Portfolio Lead

Impact you will drive

• Lead programs from kick-off through close-out; serve as the primary customer contact and run formal customer reviews on cost, schedule, and technical health.
• Build and manage integrated master plans, milestones, and budgets; detect variance early and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate and produce proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, and operating budgets; steward contract financial terms/conditions.
• Participate in negotiations for contracts and contract modifications.
• Partner with Engineering to define design concepts and criteria and to plan research, development, integration, and test activities.
• Direct cross-functional contributors assigned from technical, manufacturing, and administrative groups.
• Complete monthly actual-versus-budget reporting to protect profitability and highlight off-plan costs and conditions.
• Grow the business by developing new opportunities and extending product lines within assigned customer programs.
• Resolve program issues through resource allocation or adjustment of contractual specifications.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of program management (or similar) in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is highly desirable (not required).
• ERP system experience and fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Organizational awareness with the skill to act as liaison between Customer and Company.
• Strong problem-solving and a grounding in contracting/procurement.

How you’ll collaborate

Routinely lead internal program reviews with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planner, Buyers, Production, and Quality to ensure execution and alignment on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
