12-Month+ Contract | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET | ONSITE

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing engineering support to a manufacturing process, project, or function.
• Evaluating manufacturing outcomes and implementing continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Supporting NPI and new equipment/process introductions.
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Applying technical knowledge to optimize manufacturing workflows.

What you need 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems.
• Ability to apply judgment and professional expertise with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with technical writing and drawing evaluation.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of industry software.

• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based work.
• Experience working in a team environment through school projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, or robotics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
