Pay and Schedule

Training Schedule (First Two Weeks):

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
    • 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

 

Regular Schedule After Training:

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Monday: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM
  • Tuesday: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM
  • Thursday: 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM

 

This position follows a four-day, ten-hour schedule. Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours are required.

 

What You'll Do

As a QA Technician I, you will play an important role in maintaining product quality and food safety by:

  • Inspecting incoming raw materials and finished dairy products
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Performing routine quality testing and documenting results
  • Monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records
  • Investigating quality concerns and partnering with production teams on corrective actions
  • Supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assisting with internal and external quality audits
  • Tracking quality metrics and preparing reports
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

 

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of quality assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing or production
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety regulations
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work the required schedule, including weekends as assigned
  • Relevant quality or food safety certifications are a plus
