Manufacturing Quality Compliance Auditor

Step into a Day in This Role — Cleveland, OH

From the moment you arrive, your focus is precision. You’ll move from receiving docks to the production floor, then to final pack-out, applying the same rigorous standards at each checkpoint to ensure every product meets our expectations for quality and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Examine incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods using calibrated gauges, measurement tools, and inspection equipment.
• Verify product specifications and tolerances; record inspection outcomes and maintain thorough quality metrics.
• Spot defects and nonconformities quickly; partner with production to drive timely corrective actions.
• Help shape and fine-tune quality control procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Join internal quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Coach and support production teams on best practices, standards, and workmanship expectations.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; added training or education in quality or a related field is beneficial.
• Hands-on quality inspection background, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and inspection workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with measuring instruments and quality inspection software.
• Thrives both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
