We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to help drive improvements to manufacturing processes and develop our understanding of cell product performance. This MQE will partner with Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Production Engineering to develop validation plans, create defect samples, run trials and DOEs, and provide actionable data-driven paths to improve our programs. The role involves managing the full life cycle of trials from a quality perspective, including hands-on shopfloor work with production tools, data analysis & reporting, and change management. You will be expected to work cross-functionally and support the identification and prioritization of potential product and process failures and help drive both corrective and preventative actions. This person is seasoned in manufacturing quality for high reliability applications such as Li-ion cells, medical or a similar field with several years' experience.
