Job Overview

Supports quality assurance activities within manufacturing, focusing on real-time defect prevention and problem resolution.

Your main Tasks

Customer Interface & Quality Assurance

  • Primary quality contact for customers
  • Manage customer complaints using 8D, methodologie
  • Ensure timely response and follow-up on customer claims
  • Conduct customer audits and support visits
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR)

Internal Quality Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Analyze internal defects (scrap, rework, NCRs) and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor KPIs: PPM, scrap rate, first pass yield
  • Lead root cause analysis and systemic corrective actions
  • Implement mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions

Project Leadership

  • Lead quality-related projects (new product introduction - NPI, transfer projects, process changes)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain)
  • Ensure APQP deployment (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC)
  • Manage risk analysis through PFMEA / DFMEA
  • Ensure successful industrialization aligned with customer expectations

Process & Product Control

  • Ensure implementation and maintenance of control plans and inspection standards
  • Validate process capability (Cp / Cpk)
  • Support audits (internal, external, customer)
  • Ensure compliance with / ISO standard

Your ideal Background

Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial

2years of experience in a similar position
