Engineer for welding process development

Experience developing, qualifying, and optimizing manufacturing welding processes. Knowledge of WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), PQRs, weld qualification, and welding documentation. Experience with destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT). Understanding of failure analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-floor welding and fabrication issues. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
