Our client—an established, fast-growing manufacturer—is looking for a results-driven Manufacturing Quality Operations Supervisor to guide a high-performing QC team and accelerate continuous improvement across the plant. You’ll split your time between the production floor and strategic forums, translating real-time insights into executive-ready actions.
You start on the floor, checking in with a team of 4–6 QC technicians (covering both day and night shifts). A nonconformance surfaced on the morning run—you lead a quick huddle, set containment, and assign a root cause path. Midday, you’re with Engineering and Operations to align on corrective actions. Later, you prepare a concise readout of risks, trends, and KPIs for senior leaders—spotlighting what’s working and where to pivot.
