    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join our team in Exeter, NH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.     Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Identify and document non-conformances, and work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
    • Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
    • Analyze quality data and provide reports to management on trends and areas for improvement.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
    • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
    • Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
    • Aerospace Manufacturing
    • AS9100 Experience
