Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join our team in Exeter, NH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and document non-conformances, and work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
Analyze quality data and provide reports to management on trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Support the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
