Lead Quality. Drive Improvement. Make an Impact.

Picture your morning: you scan overnight SPC alerts, meet with your quality engineers for a quick tier meeting, then head to the floor to support a launch APQP review. By lunch, you’ve closed the loop on a customer concern with data-driven 8D actions, and in the afternoon you’re mentoring a technician on MSA while preparing for an upcoming IATF 16949 audit. If that sounds like your kind of day, you’ll feel right at home here.

As our Manufacturing Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the site’s Quality Management System and set the standard for world‑class performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Drive continuous improvement that boosts quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Resolve customer, supplier, and internal issues through disciplined problem solving and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, root cause).
  • Guide quality planning for APQP and new product introductions, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP readiness.
  • Oversee supplier quality performance, auditing, and development activities.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-impact quality team; foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customers to achieve plant and customer quality objectives.

  • Track record of leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced plant environment.
