We are seeking a Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality initiatives through inspection, testing, and process monitoring to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs)
• Document inspection results and quality findings
• Identify and process non-conforming material
• Support quality audits, calibration activities, and continuous improvement efforts
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues

• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience with quality documentation and inspection reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
• FAI experience
• QMS/ISO 9001 experience
• Experience with NCRs, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
