We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Raw Materials Operator to join our Powders Production team.

Job Title: WeighUp/Scooping Operator

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, occasionally required to work Fridays during high volume periods.

Days: 6:00am-4:30pm

Shifts Needed: Day Shift

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately weigh and prepare raw materials according to production orders and manufacturing procedures.
  • Assemble and organize raw material pallets for production.
  • Read and follow production paperwork and measurement guidelines.
  • Ensure ingredients are properly identified, labeled, and staged for manufacturing.
  • Support production teams by maintaining workflow and material availability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow cGMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
  • Assist in other departments as needed to support production goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions and measurement requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and move up to 30 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
