Manufacturing Recruiter with HR Experience 
Location: Greater Flint Area
Pay: $35 to $45 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Assignment | 3 to 6 Months | Immediate OpeningSchedule: Full time | ON SiteShift: Day Shift| M-F
Qualified Staffing is recruiting for a wonderful manufacturing facility  that has an immediate need for an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter and HR Generalist. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 3 to 6 months. Based on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment, but conversion is not guaranteed.
This is a fully onsite position supporting a fast growing manufacturing operation. The primary focus of this role will be recruiting, prescreening candidates, and providing HR support to the team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for manufacturing and corporate positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate prescreens and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Assist with HR administration and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and personnel records.
  • Provide additional HR support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting experience is required.
  • HR experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
