$80,000 annual / In office position
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and professional positions
- Source and place specialized manufacturing and machinist talent in hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers and operations leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, trade schools, referrals, and community partnerships
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and onsite interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Maintain candidate activity in an ATS and track key metrics including time-to-fill and candidate flow
- Coordinate job fairs, recruiting events, and outreach initiatives targeting skilled manufacturing talent
- Stay current on labor market trends in manufacturing and skilled trades
What You Bring
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments
- Familiarity with precision manufacturing terminology and hard-to-fill technical roles strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Indeed or LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred; equivalent experience considered
