Manufacturing Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for manufacturing and production positions, with a strong focus on Machine Operators and Injection Molding Operators. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruiting efforts, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for manufacturing positions.
• Fill high-volume roles including:
• • Machine Operators
  • Injection Molding Operators
  • Production Associates
  • Forklift Operators
  • Quality Control Associates
  • Assemblers
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and employment regulations.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or light industrial staffing.
• Required experience recruiting Machine Operators and Injection Molding Operators.
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Familiarity with employment and onboarding documentation.
