Qualifications
- · Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- · 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or technical environments preferred
- · Experience recruiting hourly production roles and/or technical professionals
- · Ability to understand and recruit for specialized manufacturing and engineering skill sets
- · Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- · Experience recruiting in PCB, electronics, aerospace, medical device, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
- · Familiarity with regulated manufacturing or export-controlled environments
- · Experience with high-volume or fast-turn recruiting
- · Bilingual abilities a plus
Work Environment
- · On site all five days 8 to 5pm, multiple locations with rotating location schedules. Combination of office and manufacturing floor exposure
- · Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Pay Range: $55.00- $65.00/ hour
