    Description

    What you will doAs a Reliability Engineer you will review and participate in capital projects to ensure total cost of ownership is considered, own and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance processes, and systematically identify and eliminate production losses and asset failures through Risk Based Asset Management and Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM). You will lead efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes value‑added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of predictive and other non‑destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problemsApplies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisionsThe usage of MFMEA at the plantsHow you will do itReduce assets reliability risks for new projects and existing assetsElaborate and validate Master Routines per technology (MR) including plant feedback supported by SME'sStandardize Master RoutinesGovern Master Routines long‑termOptimize preventive maintenance routinesSupport MFMEA and root cause analysisServe as liaison between technology SME's and plant maintenance engineersOptimize spare partsProvide engineering maintenance support to the plantsExecute PdM master plan in the plantsProvide training to PdM techniciansDevelop design and installation specifications along with commissioning plansDevelop criteria for evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providersParticipate in the final check‑out of new installations, including factory and site acceptance testing to assure adherence to functional specificationsWhat we look forBachelor's degree in Engineering required; mechanical or electrical engineering degree or similar discipline preferredFive or more years of experience in a maintenance engineering role requiredFive or more years of experience working with reliability engineering‑related processes requiredCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional desiredUnderstanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM; Lean‑Six Sigma Black Belt certification desiredFull domain knowledge of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process, asset management & condition monitoring principles, tools and applicationExpertise in all areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and/or CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization desiredProficiency with popular CMMS solutions such as Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance, and PrismaGood oral and written communication skills and tactAbility to talk in public and teach large groupsRequires 30% travelWhat you getMedical, dental and vision care coverage and a 401(k) savings plan with company matching – all starting on the date of hireTuition reimbursement, perks and discountsParental and caregiver leave programsPaid time off, flexible spending, short‑ and long‑term disability, basic life insurance, business travel insurance and Employee Assistance ProgramGlobal market strength and worldwide market share leadershipHQ location earns LEED certification for sustainability plus a full‑service cafeteria and workout facilityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or status as a protected veteran or other protected characteristics, subject to the law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
