Manufacturing Resin Technician
Job Location: Benicia, California

Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am- 5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience in Manufacturing Resin Technician? Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resin Technician to support daily resin production operations. The Resin Technician is responsible for assisting in the day to day production of resin systems. This role involves preparing materials, supporting mixed processes, tracking production data, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and meet production schedules and requirements
- Prepare components and materials for resin mixing
- Safely and accurately mix resin systems under supervision
- Track and communicate production data and resin information
- Assist with inventory management and material logistics
- Coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate raw material levels
- Support resin testing processes and seek assistance when needed
- Maintain accurate records, including mix numbers and batch/lot information
- Identify process improvements and suggest enhancements
- Perform additional duties as assigned

You will be supporting a well-established company that is a prominent industry player, specializing in the production of prepreg and custom cellular core materials for the Aerospace Industry in Benicia, California.
Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic math and English proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to lift a move up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands
- Requires close and distance vision, including focus adjustment
- Work environment may have moderate to high noise levels
- Must follow safety protocols and use appropriate equipment
